iFit Call

A short 30-minute introductory call to understand your goals, your questions, and what brought you here. No prep required — just a conversation to see if we're the right team for the work ahead.

  • A no-pressure introductory conversation, typically 30 minutes. We'll ask what brought you here, what you're navigating, and what a good outcome would look like — no prep required, no documents to gather.
  • A clear picture of how we work. We'll walk you through our process, our fee structure, the types of clients we serve, and what an ongoing relationship with our team actually looks like day to day.
  • A mutual decision at the end of the call. If it feels like a fit, we'll schedule the next step. If it doesn't, we'll point you toward resources or advisors who may be a better match — no follow-up pressure either way.

Ii.Discover

Before we recommend anything, we listen. We work through the details of your finances, your goals, and the tradeoffs you're weighing — because a good plan starts with a full picture, not assumptions.

  • A full review of your financial picture. Accounts, income sources, obligations, existing strategies, insurance coverage, and any planning work already in place. We want to understand what's already working before we recommend changing anything.
  • A conversation about goals and priorities. Retirement timing, family considerations, career trajectory, business decisions, generational planning — the decisions and concerns shaping your financial life, not just the numbers.
  • Identification of the key tradeoffs. Every financial life involves tension between competing goals. We surface those tradeoffs early so the recommendations that follow reflect what actually matters to you.

iii.Analyze

The technical work happens here. We build the models, run the scenarios, and pressure-test the tradeoffs so our recommendations rest on evidence, not opinion.

  • Modeling that reflects your specific situation. Tax projections, cash flow analysis, retirement income scenarios, and investment allocation — built from your actual numbers, not general benchmarks or industry rules of thumb.
  • Stress-testing across real-world risks. Market downturns, career transitions, disability, longevity, tax law changes, and life events. A plan that only works in a straight line isn't a plan — we want to see how it holds up when things don't go as expected.
  • Recommendations grounded in evidence. Every recommendation we bring back to you is supported by analysis you can see — the numbers behind the "why," not just the "what."

iv.Implement

A strategy only matters if it moves from paper to practice. We coordinate the accounts, the paperwork, and the outside professionals — CPAs, attorneys, insurance carriers — so the plan actually gets built, not just written.

  • Account structuring and transfers. Opening new accounts, consolidating existing ones, and structuring them to match the strategy — with the paperwork handled on our end so you're not left navigating custodial forms alone.
  • Coordination with your outside professionals. Direct communication with your CPA, estate attorney, insurance carriers, and any other professionals whose work touches your plan. We handle the handoffs so nothing falls through the gaps.
  • Execution of the strategic moves. Tax elections, investment allocations, insurance applications, beneficiary updates, and any other actions the plan calls for — sequenced correctly and executed with clear communication at every step.

V.Guide

Life changes. Tax law changes. Markets change. We meet regularly to refine the strategy, capture new opportunities, and keep you aligned with the outcomes we set out to reach.

  • Regular review meetings. Structured check-ins to track progress against the plan, review portfolio performance, and adjust course as your life and priorities evolve. Frequency and format are set to fit how you like to work.
  • Ongoing tax and investment coordination. Year-end tax planning, rebalancing decisions, contribution and distribution strategies, and proactive moves as tax law and market conditions shift.
  • A trusted point of contact for major decisions. Job changes, business transitions, home purchases, inheritances, family events — the moments that shape a financial life. We're a resource you can call before making the decision, not just after.
