He is especially motivated by the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and to grow within an industry he is excited to build his career in.
Raymond is completing his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at the University of Iowa, where he will graduate in May 2027. He was drawn to the team by its investment in developing its people and its emphasis on lasting client relationships — a place where he could grow professionally while contributing to meaningful work. Outside of the office, he enjoys running, golf, wakeboarding, and following college basketball.
